The Board of Directors has proposed changes to the organization’s bylaws. These Bylaw changes do not reflect any major changes to the procedures and operation of EuroCHRIE.
Proposed changes to the bylaws have been made to reflect the timing and the making the names consistent for our meetings and Board meetings. In addition, several changes were made to the Area consultant section. We removed specific geographical boundaries for Area Consultants and removed the list of countries that EuroCHRIE represents. Instead we added the line “those countries recognized by the United Nations in Europe, the Middle east and Africa
